<p>If you are also checking out on a routine work out plan from Calorie Shifting, then it isn&#8217;t what you are looking for. Calorie Shifting does not provide any guides on exercises because it does not offer enough calories.</p>
<p>If you are a beginner and no idea how you are going to start, the diet is more of a place for you to kickstart to lose weight. It is going to save you tons of cash that others had wasted on fluff programs.</p>
<p>This plan is based on a cycle of 11days where you follow a structured food guidelines. You&#8217;ll get to choose the food that you like for the day from the list and it allows 3 &#8216;cheat&#8217; days (within the 11 day cycle) where you can eat whatever you like.</p>
